Export spend data

Export CSV on the spend report downloads data for the selected time range, person and machine.

Export	Contents
Summary	Every breakdown in the report (person, machine, project, model and tool) with both the with-subscriptions and without-subscriptions figures.
Usage records	Raw, one row per request: time, person, machine, tool, model, project, plan, tokens and cost.
AI website activity	Raw website time, when browsing is collected.
AI network traffic	Raw network observations, when network observation is on.

If an export can’t be created, try again or choose a shorter range.

Both take the same time window and optional person and machine scope as the page.
