Executive view

Executive (under Monitor) is the page for the person who signs the bill. Every figure on it exists on another screen; this one joins them by person and by department and says how each was arrived at.

  • Cost of AI: the same total as Home, Costs and Finance: seats, the vendors’ API bills, the AI services on the cloud bill, and usage on vendors with no connected bill, priced by Shield360 and marked as an estimate.
  • Cost of fixing agent code: the engineering time behind lines a person had to fix, from the AI Code Rework page, in money once an hourly rate is set there.
  • Agent lines kept: agent-written lines that survived, out of all written, with the share a person fixed.
  • Cost per kept line: cost of AI plus the cost of fixing, over the lines that survived. The number to compare quarter on quarter.
  • Bill against estimate, cloud bill with its AI share, and expensive patterns added, by agents and by people.

Each person shows their seats (prorated to the window), their API spend, the agent lines written for them, the lines fixed, the rework rate, the fix cost, the full cost of AI, and the cost per kept line. API spend is the vendor’s bill where a key was attributed to the person through a machine that reports; otherwise Shield360’s estimate at list rates, marked with a tilde. Departments come from the directory; people the directory does not know sit under No department. Click a department to narrow the person table to it.

The page never states a dollar value created by AI. It states the full cost of AI and what it left behind, which is what a CFO can defend.

Adoption & ROI → at the top of the page opens Adoption & ROI: who uses which AI app, seats used and unused with their cost from the ledger, and time saved as a labelled estimate from assumptions you set.
